MINISTRIES
Park Avenue Nursery
Our Nursery Ministry strives to serve parents of newborns and toddlers every time the church’s doors are open. The Nursery is currently being updated and modernized to better meet the needs of nursing mothers. Led by Stephanie Allerding and Jessyca Rexing.

Park Avenue Kids
Park Avenue offers children’s church on both Sunday Mornings and Wednesday Evenings. Led by Amaris Williams.

S.A.L.T. Youth Group
SALT stands for Seeking A Life Transformed, and is the vision of Park Avenue’s Youth Ministry for Students aged 13-18. SALT Youth Group meets every Wednesday Evening, with regular events happening each month. Led by Pastor Philip Rexing and Tyler Worthen.

Park Avenue Young Adults
This ministry currently meets monthly with the hopes to soon expand to a weekly Bible Study every Wednesday night. For young adults aged 18-30. Led by Pastor Philip and Jessyca Rexing.

Men of Valor Men's Ministry
For Men and Boys of all ages, Men of Valor hosts a Saturday morning Men’s breakfast and devotion every month, and participates in an annual Men’s Conference. Led by Associate Pastor Larry Crow.

Park Avenue Ladies
For Women and Girls of all ages. Park Avenue Ladies host a monthly devotion and meeting that often includes crafts, meals, and planning for upcoming church events. The Ladies also attend the annual Illinois Church of God Women’s Conference, and host annual events such as a Mother’s Day Banquet and a Craft Fair. Led by Lisa Bartlow and Jessyca Rexing.

Park Avenue Sunday School
Park Avenue is blessed to have many wonderful Sunday School Teachers who offer classes for Kids, Youth, and Adults every Sunday Morning at 9:30am. Led by Sunday School Superintendent Lisa Bartlow.

Nursing Home Ministry
Every Sunday morning, a team of members travel to local Nursing Homes to lead live worship and bring the word to our community’s elderly population. Led by Associate Pastor Larry Crow and Scott Allerding.

Park Avenue Community Kitchen
Every Wednesday from 5:45-6:15pm a free community meal is offered by the Park Avenue Kitchen. The goal is to help young families with busy Wednesday schedules, and to provide a warm atmosphere for members to fellowship.
